Our Story

Ancient Kyoto, meaning Capital of Peace, was the Imperial capital of Japan for over a thousand years. Inspired by a panorama of scenic hills to the North, West and East, the city reigned from 794 to 1868 as the cultural and artistic center of the nation, a position it still has today.
My restaurant captures Kyoto-style cuisine, which is noted for its refined taste and artistic presentation.
